At our med spa, all services are NON-REFUNDABLE. By receiving treatment, you acknowledge and accept that results may vary from person to person, and refunds will not be issued for services rendered.
Products Refund Policy
Exchanges for retail products will only be granted under the following conditions:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The product must be returned within 3 days of purchase. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with is not eligible for a Exchange.
Prepaid Packages & Memberships
All prepaid services, treatment packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unused services may expire according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.
